How You’ll Make a Difference

Reporting to the IT Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting for office and vessel systems across Australia
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network equipment
  • Assist with major IT incidents and contribute to regional and global IT projects
  • Support telephony, mobile devices, printers, and audio-visual systems
  • Monitor IT systems, identify issues, and take corrective action
  • Manage IT assets, equipment orders, and documentation
  • Liaise with third-party IT providers and assist the service desk
  • Ensure adherence to IT procedures, best practices, and safety standards

What You’ll Bring

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • IT qualification (completed or in progress) and a strong interest in technology
  • Experience with Windows 11, Office 365, and common IT hardware and software
  • Hands-on skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
  •  A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
  • Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours or remote support
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel domestically when required
