As the AWS Marketplace ISV Activation Lead EU, you’ll help software vendors expand their AWS Marketplace business and integrate it with TD SYNNEX channel programs. You’ll onboard, and enable vendors across EMEA, guiding them through business case creation and activation. Working within the central Marketplace COE, you’ll support integrations with hyperscale marketplaces and streamline vendor go-to-market strategies through dedicated marketing and enablement initiatives.
This role blends business development, program management, and vendor engagement to drive software sales growth on AWS Marketplace. The ideal candidate is passionate about cloud ecosystems, experienced in marketplaces, and skilled in program execution.
Location: Barcelona (Spain) or remote within CET/EST time zones
Key Responsibilities
Onboard, and enable vendors on the AWS Marketplace through TD SYNNEX programs.
Support vendors with Private Offer Programs (DSOR/CPPO setup, technical validation, and compliance).
Act as the go-to expert for AWS Marketplace processes, policies, and integrations.
Deliver internal training and enablement on AWS Marketplace operations.
Monitor program performance, ensure compliance, and advocate best practices for marketplace success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s a plus).
Experience in software vendor management, cloud services, or SaaS ecosystems.
Solid understanding of AWS Marketplace models and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
AWS certifications (e.g., Business Practitioner) preferred.
