This position is part of the Business System Owner team within the Order to Serve (O2S) Global Process Owner organization. The O2S organization consists of three complementary teams: Global Process Leads defining processes and solutions, Business System Owner implementing global solutions, and Transformation & Operations coordinating change management and capabilities development. 

 

This strategic position within the Business Enablement team serves as the pivotal coordinator between business stakeholders, Solution Delivery project managers for business value projects, and AMS for enhancements across Sanofi's global iShift Order to Serve operations. The role carries end-to-end responsibility from need identification through implementation, orchestrating the complete lifecycle of requirements gathering, validation, prioritization, and delivery coordination. Strategic decisions made in this role directly impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance across all business units and geographies where iShift is deployed. 

 

Main responsibilities 

End-to-End Requirements Lifecycle Management 

  • Lead the complete requirements lifecycle from initial need identification through final implementation across all global operations 
  • Conduct comprehensive business requirements gathering, ensuring completeness and accuracy across diverse regional and business unit contexts 
  • Analyze requirements to determine root causes - distinguishing between genuine system gaps, training deficiencies, or solution misusage 
  • Validate requirements completeness through systematic analysis and stakeholder consultation across all affected geographies 
  • Maintain accountability for requirements quality and business alignment throughout the entire enhancement process 

Coordination & Orchestration 

  • Orchestrate between business stakeholders, Solution Delivery project managers, AMS teams, K-users, Global process leads ensuring continuity and alignment. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across multiple time zones, cultures, and business units 
  • Facilitate strategic alignment between technical delivery teams and business objectives across global operations 
  • Ensure consistent communication and coordination standards across all enhancement initiatives 

Strategic Prioritization & Value Assessment 

  • Conduct comprehensive value estimation and impact analysis for all enhancement requests across global operations 
  • Develop and maintain strategic prioritization frameworks that balance global standardization with regional business needs 
  • Present prioritization recommendations to Global Process Leads, supporting decisions with robust business cases 
  • Continuously reassess priorities based on changing business conditions, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics 
  • Ensure prioritization decisions consider customer experience impact, compliance implications, and operational efficiency gains 

Global K-User Community Orchestration 

  • Create and lead a comprehensive global k-user community spanning all regions and business units 
  • Coordinate k-user contributions throughout the enhancement lifecycle, from requirements validation to testing and training 
  • Ensure k-user planning adherence for testing phases, managing complex scheduling across global time zones 
  • Orchestrate k-user involvement in training delivery and knowledge transfer activities 
  • Responsible to maintain k-user capability standards and readiness across diverse operational environments 

Testing & Training Coordination 

  • Coordinate comprehensive testing strategies involving k-users across all deployed geographies 
  • Ensure testing planning adherence and quality standards are maintained throughout global testing cycles 
  • Orchestrate training program development and delivery through the k-user network 
  • Monitor testing progress and coordinate resolution of issues across multiple regions and business units 
  • Validate training effectiveness and user adoption rates across diverse cultural and operational contexts 

Budget & Resource Planning 

  • Estimate costs and resource requirements for proposed enhancements across global implementation scope 
  • Coordinate resource allocation for testing and implementation activities across all regions 
  • Monitor budget utilization and provide strategic input to annual planning processes 
  • Optimize resource utilization across enhancement projects, balancing global needs with regional constraints 
  • Develop comprehensive business cases considering varied regional ROI factors and implementation complexities 

Requirements

Educational Background 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Digital, or related field (mandatory) 
  • Master's degree preferred, particularly with focus on global operations or international business 

Professional Experience 

  • 7+ years experience in Order to Cash processes and operations with significant global exposure 
  • Proven track record in end-to-end project coordination across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups 
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating between business and technical teams in complex, multinational environments 
  • Strong background in requirements management and business analysis in global contexts 
  • Experience managing global user communities and coordinating testing/training activities across regions 
  • Background in system enhancement projects with accountability for complete delivery lifecycle

  • Fluent in English; additional languages strongly preferred 
  • Ability to influence decision-making at senior levels across global organizations
