Our 10-week summer intern program provides real-life experience in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities

As an Investments Intern, you will be placed in one of the following teams for the 10-week period. You can add your preference when submitting your application, although this is not a guarantee.

Responsible Investment

Our Responsible Investment team integrate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations into investment processes, supporting sustainable research and collaborating across teams to drive responsible investing practices.

Multi-Manager Solutions

The Multi-Manager Solutions team research, select, and oversee external investment managers to construct and manage diversified portfolios across asset classes for institutional clients, leveraging global expertise and advanced analytical tools.

Business Management (Operations)

Our Investments Business Management team (Operations) provides comprehensive support across trading and vendor oversight, ensuring effective control, business management, and day-to-day operational efficiency within investment teams.

Multi-Asset

The Multi-Asset team develop and implement cross-asset investment strategies by analysing macroeconomic trends, supporting portfolio management activities, and collaborating across asset classes to deliver holistic investment insights.

As an Intern within Investments, you could expect to:

  • Build a three-statement financial model and prepare earnings forecast.

  • Develop a relative value framework which seeks to compare and contrast the return potential of companies within and across various sectors.

  • Prepare stock and/or credit recommendation memos incorporating financial and relative value analyses for use in review of investment opportunities.

  • Working alongside Investment Analysts, supporting with performing analysis on stocks and/or credit.

  • Supporting the Portfolio Managers in their day-to-day role including activities such as cash management and rebalancing.

  • Attending daily team meetings where investment strategies, markets and securities are discussed.

  • Supporting the day-to-day within the Investment Teams.

Responsibilities may vary depending on assigned projects(s) and department assignment. All Interns will be included in:

  • Meaningful projects and tasks giving you the chance to add value from day one.

  • Organisation-wide insight sessions to provide you with a holistic view of the industry.

  • A range of training & development sessions, giving you the tools to kickstart your career.

  • Attending internal and external meetings and social events, providing you the chance to network.

Key Capabilities

  • Be a current penultimate year student pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

  • Graduation date of Summer 2027.

  • Available to join June 2026 for the full 10-week internship.

Desirable Capabilities

  • High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics.

  • Proven organisation skills and ability to manage time effectively.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
