Join our Investment Services Department – Private Wealth

You will join our Investment Services department as well as the wider team in their daily activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and to contribute to meaningful projects within an international environment.

Your Role:

As an Investment Services Trainee, you will actively contribute to the management of VAT processes regularization and support the team in various operational tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to a dedicated project linked to VAT within the Investment Services team.

  • Collecting management and custody fees from custodian banks and asset managers.

  • Reviewing fee structures and investigating discrepancies to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

  • Calculating VAT amounts in accordance with Luxembourg VAT rules and supporting compliance efforts.

  • Preparing and sending VAT recovery invoices, monitoring payments, and performing reconciliation procedures.

  • Communicating with internal teams and external financial institutions to clarify fees, obtain missing information, and ensure process completeness.

  • Maintaining clear documentation and historical records to support auditability and reporting.

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Open to a full-time internship (min. 6 months) starting in January 2026.

  • Strong analytical mindset and proficient in Excel.

  • Business fluency in French and professional proficiency (B2 level) in English.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, flexible, and able to communicate effectively with diverse financial institutions.

  • Rigorous, conscientious, and reliable, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
