Are you ready to influence the direction of global investment solutions? As an Investment Product Strategy Manager, you’ll play a critical role in bringing innovative products to market and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of investors worldwide.

In this role you will

  • Lead strategic product initiatives (launch of mutual funds and ETFs) from approval through implementation, acting as the primary point of accountability for enterprise-wide projects

  • Drive project success by creating and managing detailed plans, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Partner with research and implementation teams to bridge ideas and execution, anticipating challenges and developing smart solutions

  • Shape go-to-market strategies by working closely with Product Specialists, Marketing, and Sales to deliver impactful launches, training, and communications

  • Produce high-quality documentation for governance committees and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and precision

  • Influence decisions using your investment expertise and strategic insight, keeping senior leaders informed and engaged

  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and contribute to global product planning

  • Engage in special projects that broaden your impact and professional growth

What it takes

  • Proven experience of working within the investment industry

  • Experience in leading medium to small-scale and/or cross-enterprise project teams

  • Previous project management experience including estimating, scheduling & planning

  • Excellent communication skills – this role requires you to have a strong presence whilst interacting with various levels of seniority across the business

  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office Tuesday-Thursday

This role encompasses activities that fall within the remit of UK Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) regulation. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to UK regulatory requirements in relation to conduct rules, regulatory references and the assessment of fitness and propriety, knowledge, experience and competence. Where appropriate, the role may also be subject to approval by the UK FCA.
