As an Investment Product Strategy Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving product innovation and strategic decisions that influence global markets and client portfolios. In this role you will
Lead Strategic Analysis - Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to inform product strategy across our global investment lineup
Drive Product Innovation - Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to evaluate existing offerings and recommend new products or enhancements that align with client demand and market opportunities
Turn Data into Insight - Source and validate data from internal and external channels, applying investment and business acumen to uncover actionable insights for product development
Influence Decision-Making - Present findings and recommendations to senior management through clear, compelling reports and presentations that shape product strategy
Stay Ahead of the Market - Build and maintain expertise in asset management, investment products, and competitive dynamics to anticipate trends and identify opportunities
Manage High-Impact Projects - Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives
Collaborate Across the Industry - Develop strong relationships internally and externally to enhance research quality and strategic thinking
What it takes
Proven deep investment product knowledge gained through either product strategy, product management, or related roles within asset management or investment banking
CFA designation is strongly preferred
You will need to be a pro-active, self-starter with ability to organise, prioritise and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously, in a deadline-driven environment
Exceptional analytical ability and proven experience influencing senior stakeholders

This role encompasses activities that fall within the remit of UK Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) regulation. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to UK regulatory requirements in relation to conduct rules, regulatory references and the assessment of fitness and propriety, knowledge, experience and competence. Where appropriate, the role may also be subject to approval by the UK FCA.
