Summary
The Inventory Manager oversees inventory maintenance for an assigned region and manages warehouse personnel. This role also collaborates with internal departments, including Customer Service, Accounts Payable, and Administration, to ensure efficient operations and accurate inventory management.
Essential Functions
Ensure Warehouse Associates are trained on proper SAP procedures.
Maintain Aged inventory levels for Branch/Regions.
Submit returns to vendors/create RTV purchase orders for the warehouse.
Aid Finance with claim invoice questions, and invoice research/corrections about receiving/quantity/cost issues.
Troubleshoot warehouse/purchasing issues.
Maintain stock lists/settings.
Create garage sale tickets for aged material sold at the branch level.
Run and distribute reports regionally (aged inventory, cycle count progress, not picked reports, etc.)
Assist with Purchasing Cockpit clean-up.
Monitor warehouse/purchasing following best practice procedures.
Inventory Cycle Counts.
Fix inventory issues within the system.
Guide the warehouses with suggestions to improve warehouse function and processes.

Education & Experience
Required
Associates / 2 year Technical School
2-4 years applicable job experience
Preferred
SAP Experience
Bilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)

Pay Range
$60,000 – $70,0000 per year
