Full Time, On-Site Role
Location: 2215 Union Ave., Sheboygan, WI 53081
You will contribute by:
Ensuring daily assignments are allocated to ICQA Specialists and Auditors in collaboration with the ICQA Lead.
Monitoring task allocation and execution throughout the shift, making adjustments as necessary.
Coaching, mentoring, and guiding employees to perform duties effectively.
Supporting ICQA staff by ensuring they are fully trained and have necessary tools, and providing additional training as needed.
Overseeing efficient, accurate, and timely completion of ICQA activities, including review of work, providing continuous feedback, and maintaining documentation.
Collaborating with other departments (e.g., buying, operations, and sales) to align on inventory needs and challenges.
Communicating effectively with team members and management to promptly address inventory-related issues.
Analyzing key performance indicators and reports to identify areas for improvement and reduce errors.
Serving as the primary point of contact for inventory-related inquiries and issues.
Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all inventory control activities.
Promoting a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and addressing potential hazards.
Maintaining records of inventory-related activities and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
We’re looking for candidates with:
Knowledge of the wholesale or retail industry is preferred.
Strong organizational, time management, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to coach and guide others, adapt to change, multitask, self-manage, and build effective teams.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift objects from 20 lbs to 60 lbs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
Experience with complex systems such as Oracle, Hyperion, or Workday.
2-5 years of direct warehouse supervision or inventory control work experience.

Warehouse : Freezer (-20F to 0F)
Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)
