Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated DevOps Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in building, deploying, and supporting highly available systems. As part of our DevOps team, you’ll assist in automating processes, managing infrastructure, and supporting application deployments across development and production environments.

This internship is a great opportunity to learn from experienced engineers, work with modern tools and technologies, and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your day-to-day work will involve a mix of hands-on technical tasks, collaboration, and learning new tools and technologies. You’ll gain practical experience in cloud computing, automation, and system reliability —all while contributing to meaningful projects that have a real impact on our products and users.

What you’ll Learn and Work on:

• Support application deployments and configuration management across multiple environments (development, testing, and production).

• Collaborate with developers and engineers to troubleshoot issues, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and improve the overall efficiency of our delivery process.

• Learn how to automate infrastructure setup, monitoring, and routine maintenance tasks using scripting and open-source tools.

• Assist in maintaining system reliability by helping monitor servers, reviewing system logs, and ensuring application uptime and performance.

• Gain experience with containerization and orchestration tools (like Docker or Kubernetes) and learn how they’re used in modern DevOps workflows.

• Document processes and configurations to help build internal knowledge and improve operational transparency.

• Contribute to system and application security by learning best practices in access control, patching, and environment management.

• Participate in team discussions and reviews, sharing your insights and learning how infrastructure decisions are made and implemented.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, is eager to learn new technologies, and wants to understand how development and operations work together to deliver reliable, scalable systems.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT…

• Support the deployment and configuration of new software releases.

• Assist with system monitoring, reviewing logs, and ensuring server health and reliability.

• Help document configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Collaborate with engineers to scale and improve infrastructure for performance, security, and resilience.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release processes.

• Gain exposure to real-world DevOps workflows, from development through production.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

• A curious learner with a strong interest in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation.

• Familiar with Linux systems and eager to expand your skills.

• Comfortable using or learning AWS and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)

• A problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
