Your Team

Our mission is to efficiently translate the creative vision into final, high-quality content that meets all brand standards and deadlines. We achieve this by managing every step of the production process from planning resources and budgets to coordinating talent and technical logistics so the creative idea can successfully go live.

Your Mission

  • Sample Stock Organisation: Taking the lead on organising and maintaining the main sample and storage spaces to ensure all creative assets are easily accessible for the wider team.
  • Sample Logistics and Inventory: Unpacking, organizing, and logging all incoming campaign and sales samples (specifically sample and extra sizes) into the management system (like Launchmetrics).
  • On-Set Production Support: Attending scheduled shoots and events to assist the producer, coordinate with talent and crew, and ensure the production schedule runs smoothly.
  • Administrative & Task Management: Maintaining critical project documentation, such as accurately updating the Google Calendar with all on-set days and travel, and managing specific assigned tasks in Asana.
  • Resource Coordination: Supporting the procurement and organisation of specialised equipment and supplies, such as helping to manage hard drive inventory or aligning on studio equipment needs.

Your Story

  • Exceptional Growth Mindset: Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to quickly learn and adapt to new production workflows, technologies (like Coupa/Launchmetrics), and communication protocols.
  • High Motivation and Ownership: A strong sense of personal responsibility and drive to see tasks through to completion, particularly complex organisational tasks like managing sample inventory and ensuring system data accuracy.
  • Proactive Communication: The ability to communicate clearly, raise potential issues early, and proactively seek alignment with team members and external partners (like casting directors or vendors).
  • Organisational Aptitude: A natural flair for organisation and structure, essential for managing multi-day shoot logistics, documentation, and the large volume of samples in the basement.
