Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and rollout of health-specific training programs, focusing on medical card sales, health ecosystem understanding, and preventive care strategies.
Support the development of sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, agent briefcases, and digital content for outreach and education.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions (physical and virtual), including scheduling, trainer support, and participant tracking.
Contribute to campaign planning and execution, including Health Club challenges, incentive tracking, and agent recognition programs.
Analyze agent feedback and performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvements to enablement strategies.
Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions with the Health Enablement team to support ongoing initiatives and new ideas.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in health insurance, sales enablement, and agent engagement.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with digital tools like Canva and Zoom is a plus.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in event coordination or training support.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
Creative thinking and willingness to contribute ideas.
Learning Opportunities
Exposure to health insurance product strategy and sales activation.
Hands-on experience in training design, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
