Project Description
This project aims to improve the usability, design consistency, and scalability of the existing Confluence space. The students will begin with a comprehensive review to identify areas for enhancement in navigation, layout, and accessibility. In addition, user insights will be gathered through virtual interviews to inform the design of reusable templates and scalable structures suitable for regional adaptation. Based on this assessment, they will implement UX improvements to create a more intuitive and visually cohesive experience.
To support long-term use, the deliverables will include: a style guide, a user-friendly manual outlining best practices, and 8-10 confluence page templates.
All updates will be designed to support cross-country collaboration and localization. The students may also provide recommendations for future integration of AI tools, such as chatbots, to enhance user support and engagement as time allows.
