What we’re looking for:
We are seeking motivated IT Service Delivery Interns to join our global IT organization. This role is designed as an internship-to-hire program, offering exposure to enterprise IT operations, automation, and AI-driven initiatives across multiple regions. The interns will work with the IT Service Delivery team to gain hands-on experience in managing IT systems, supporting service delivery processes, and contributing to automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities
As an IT Service Delivery Intern, you will:
Support day-to-day IT infrastructure and service delivery operations, including incident tracking, escalation, and resolution monitoring.
Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and knowledge articles to strengthen IT operations maturity.
Participate in automation and AI-related projects, such as robotic process automation, workflow optimization, or monitoring improvements.
Analyze recurring issues to recommend improvements that reduce manual work and increase reliability.
Collaborate with IT colleagues across geographies to align processes, share best practices, and ensure consistency in service delivery.
Shadow IT Business Partners, Platform Owners and Service Delivery Leads to understand how IT initiatives align with business priorities and global service frameworks.
Contribute to testing, reporting, and operational analytics for IT systems, with a focus on uptime, incident trends, and service-level metrics.
Qualifications/Skills you'll need:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in IT operations, service delivery, automation, and AI.
Basic understanding of IT service management concepts (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools).
Familiarity with scripting, automation tools, or data analysis methods is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity to explore innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a global, cross-functional team environment.
