The Systems and Requirements Engineering group - consisting of circa 35 employees - is focused on the technical support and leadership of product definition, predominantly within the development of technically complex systems. The department is based within the Molecular Diagnostics division of the Molecular Systems business. The roles within the group all have a strong technical/scientific focus, such as Business Domain Analysts, Requirements Engineers, Product Definition Team Leaders and Lead Systems Engineers.
In this internship, you will:
Requirements engineering, requirement elicitation and checking for completeness of requirements
Create effective business analyses
Support the engineering team with technical issue identification and closure
Support and organize project workshops
Apply complex problem-solving methodologies to technical issues identified within projects
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s / Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Engineering, within 12 months before the start of the internship and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.

Have a high degree of flexibility and proactiveness
Are a strong communicator skilled in stakeholder management, and quick thinker
Proficient in English required, German is an asset
