Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland

The Brand Communications team shapes how On is seen, known and celebrated as a brand. We’re a team of passionate storytellers. We collaborate with creators, media, and communities who share our vision — co-creating meaningful stories and experiences that celebrate movement, innovation, and the human spirit.

Your Mission

​​Supporting the three Global Brand Communication teams — Influencer Marketing, Brand PR, and Employer Branding — by:

  • Coordinating cross-functionally ( HR, PR, Marketing, and Design) drive the execution of targeted campaigns across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or careers pages) including crafting clear briefs for On’s in-house studio
  • Supporting internal campaigns that promote engagement, inclusion, and culture at On.
  • Collating campaign and product assets via the image database for distribution to local PR market teams
  • Handling product orders and managing seeding programs for press, KOLs, and celebrity requests and projects for both Brand PR and Influencer Marketing teams
  • Managing campaign reports and assisting with travel planning and logistics
  • Exploring and identifying new channels and relevant talents to collaborate with, while supporting the creation of inspiring briefs for creators
