Job Description

1. Support in handling escalations/inquiries endorsed by different internal customers
2. Support in seeking updates and escalations for open tickets to different restoration teams.
3. Support in Fault Handling
4. Support in Change Management

Roles and Responsibilities of the Trainee
1. Be open to learn new things and enjoy the learning journey

2. Accept lawful instructions with regards to work, training and instruction in the workplace
3. Attend/participate in the formal training process, be it face to face sessions or online activities
4. Abide by the policies and procedures by Globe for Internship
5. Complete tasks, assessments, assignments, etc. that are set by DSOC IS/Manager/Team Lead duty
6. Notify DSOC IS/TL on duty if they are going to be late or absent from work or training
7. Notify DSOC IS/TL on duty of any change to personal details such as address, name, etc.
8. Abide by GT Intern regulations.
9. If the trainee is under 18 a parent or guardian must co-sign the training contract
