Your Team:

The Latin America and Caribbean region at On is a fast-paced place to be. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars are used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. The LATAM & CAC team is responsible for creating the strategy to grow the On brand across the region through two business models: Owned and Operated markets and Distributor-led markets. This role will report to the Sr. Lead, Expansion & Growth Programs, LATAM & CAC and will work very closely with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, Sales Planning, Operations teams and Distributors to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.

Your Mission:

  • Contribute to Strategic Projects: Assist in the planning and execution of high-impact, strategic initiatives focused on regional growth and market penetration. This involves conducting research, benchmarking competition, and preparing presentation materials to support Americas and LATAM leadership in strategic projects.
  • Store Expansion Support: Assist the project management team in tracking key milestones for new store openings across LATAM. This includes maintaining project documentation and facilitating communication among various internal and external stakeholders to ensure key opening steps are on schedule.
  • Ecommerce Initiative Assistance: Support the execution of new Digital strategies for Distributor-led markets. You will work directly with the Lead, Expansion & Growth LATAM, to track progress on digital projects and prepare materials related to digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performance Reporting Support: Support in preparation of reports and data summaries to help inform leaders about monobrand channels performance and new opening roadmaps for the LATAM & CAC region.

Your Story:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: You are comfortable with data due to your strong analytical skills and enjoy driving quantitative analysis, critical for supporting decision-making for strategic initiatives.
  • Self-Starter and Autonomous: You are a self-starter, naturally curious, who proactively asks questions, provides clear feedback, and takes the initiative to solve problems. The ability to work autonomously and drive your own tasks is key to succeeding in this dynamic environment.
  • Strong Organization: You are highly organized with a great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Clear Communication & Relationship Building: You have strong communication and presentation skills and excel at building relationships internally and with external partners across teams.
  • Industry/Experience Preference: Interest or previous experience in the sportswear industry / strategy / management consulting would be preferred.
  • Language & Regional Link: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese being a strong preference. Any personal or professional link to the Latin America (LATAM) region will be a distinct advantage.
