Vertex Inc, is the trusted leader in Tax technology, delivering the best tax solutions to the businesses across the globe. As our Summer Sales Intern, you will have direct market impact, gaining hands-on experience in the world of Tax Automation Software from June 8th to August 28th, 2026.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and implement strategic prospecting initiatives.  

  • Participate in real-life sales scenarios.  

  • Work directly with seasoned sales professionals and participate in their training sessions.  

  • Master CRM tools as you track customer interactions and sales progress.  

  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and innovative ideas.

  • Problem solvers who take on challenges.  

  • Students currently enrolled in TCU’s Sales Center program, business, marketing, or a similar field.

Pay Transparency Statement:

US Base Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00

Base pay offered to new hires may vary based upon factors including relevant industry and job-related skills and experience, geographic location, and business needs.* The range displayed does not encompass the full potential of the role, which allows for further growth and career progression.

In addition, as a part of our total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Vertex Bonus Plan (VOB), a role-specific sales commission/bonus, and/or equity grants.
