What You Will Do

P&W Commercial GTF Aftermarket (AM) Finance is looking for an intern to oversee and engage in a wide range of contract management and financial planning and analysis activities, including: contract estimate at completion (EAC) and variance analysis, financial planning and forecasting, customer proposals and analysis, and controls and compliance. The intern will report directly to the Manager of GTF Aftermarket Finance and will provide critical financial support to the Associate Director, GTF AM Finance and the Senior Director, GTF AM Finance. With a P&L of $4B in annual revenue and over $75B of backlog, GTF AM is setting the strategy for the future of Commercial Engines.

You will have the ability to directly drive the profitability of the GTF aftermarket portfolio
A successful candidate will be highly motivated, analytically thinking, team first, and have a thorough understanding of finance and accounting principles

Qualifications You Must Have

Enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related majors
You have a GPA of 3.2 or higher
You are graduating between Fall 2026 – or later
You will have at least 30 credits prior to starting your internship

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
