Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement interface solutions for IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) and control systems.
- Lead integration between various subsystems (CCTV, ACS, BMS, Fire Systems, CFS, etc.) to ensure seamless operation and communication.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve interface and interoperability issues.
- Develop interface protocols and ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of connected systems and data flows.
- Prepare and maintain interface documentation, integration reports, and change records.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, or related field).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in IBMS/control systems integration roles.
- Hands-on expertise in interface protocol development, system integration, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with IBMS subsystems (CCTV, ACS, BMS, Fire Systems, CFS) and control technologies.
- Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
