Role Overview:
The Integrated Supply Chain Senior Manager – EMEA will lead the regional Supply Chain operations for the Performance Products division across EMEA countries, overseeing Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics functions. Based in Kraków at the Global Business Services (GBS) HUB, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and end-to-end supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics in the chemical or manufacturing industry.

Role Responsibilities:
As the Integrated Supply Chain Senior Manager – EMEA, your role will include:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the EMEA regional supply chain strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Lead the integration of supply, demand, customer service, and logistics functions to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to SC Cost, Inventory and Service level improvements across the supply chain using Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
Supply & Demand Planning
- Oversee regional short-term and long-term planning processes, ensuring accurate demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and manufacturing teams to align supply with market needs.
- Monitor and deliver capacity utilization and inventory goals to optimize working capital and service levels.
Customer Service Excellence
- Oversee the regional customer service team to deliver best-in-class service levels.
- Ensure customer-centric processes and KPIs to enhance responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Logistics & Distribution
- Oversee regional logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and 3PL relationships.
- Ensure compliance with trade, customs, and safety regulations across all logistics activities.
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining high service and quality standards.
People & Performance Management
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional supply chain team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and support career development of team members.
Focal point for global initiatives
- Drive standardization of KPIs and processes across subfunctions working with Americas and APAC leadership
- Drive supply chain excellence, SC cost and inventory initiatives for the region in alignment with the global strategy
- Key focal point for cross divisional initiatives within the business division in the EMEA
Experience and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or related field.
- Advanced graduate degree like MBA or Masters in Supply Chain is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role and 3 years specifically in managing an integrated supply chain function.
- Proven experience managing regional or global supply chain operations in a matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with GBS/SSC operating models and process standardization.
- Strong knowledge of S&OP, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and supply chain analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in the chemical, life sciences, or manufacturing sectors – preferred.
- Certification in APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar is a strong plus.
- Strong digital mindset and experience with supply chain transformation initiatives – preferred.
