About the Inside Sales Representative – Oura:
MarketStar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will have responsibilities, specializing in consultative sales to HR Benefits Executives. This position reports to the Client Services Director. The ideal candidate is autonomous, strategic, and highly effective in executive-level communication.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT – Hybrid
What Will You Do?
Engage HR Benefits Executives with a consultative, value-driven approach focused on strategic outcomes such as employee well-being, cost optimization, and retention.
Demonstrate how Oura’s solutions align with HR priorities using metrics like reduced turnover, improved engagement scores, and ROI on benefits programs.
Communicate in the language of HR decision makers.
Position Oura as a strategic partner in HR initiatives, not just a vendor.
Share relevant industry benchmarks, compliance updates, and best practices to build trust and credibility.
Provide thought leadership content (whitepapers, webinars) tailored to HR audiences.
Tailor demos and proposals to the specific workforce demographics and benefits challenges of each client.
Highlight case studies from similar industries or company sizes to demonstrate proven results.
Showcase how Oura’s offerings reduce administrative burden and integrate seamlessly with existing HRIS systems.
Ensure all processes, from quoting to agreement, are streamlined and easy for HR teams.
Manage inbound leads and execute targeted outbound outreach to named employers and HR titles.
Host discovery calls to capture program design and quote inputs, mapping decision committees and timing.
Enforce qualification criteria and ensure compliance with program requirements.
Drive commercial progression by handling objections, developing champions, accessing economic buyers, and negotiating deals to verbal agreement.
Prepare and route agreements, manage closing cadence, and facilitate smooth handoff to Oura CSM/RevOps.
Provide weekly pipeline and SLA reporting, ensure forecast accuracy, and monitor conversion rates.
Maintain CRM data to enable strategic planning and surface valuable customer insights.
Participate in daily syncs, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly QBRs for governance and improvement.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Proven success managing the full sales cycle with HR Benefits Executives or similar strategic decision-makers.
Experience in consultative, value-based selling within the benefits, healthcare, or HR technology sectors.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging, conducting discussions, and negotiating with C-level decision makers.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales processes.
Skilled in presenting data and insights in professional settings (MBRs, QBRs).
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and quota-oriented.
Experience using HubSpot is preferred; proficiency with other lead processing CRMs is acceptable.
Spot is preferred; proficiency with other lead processing CRMs is acceptable
