Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative’s (ISR) primary role is to partner with Territory Sales Managers (TSM) to maintain and grow sales in a specified territory. The ISR is responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction and building relationships with our VA, Indian Health, Department of Defense, and Community Care customers.

  • Lead generation- Prospecting new customers to increase customer count. Prospecting existing customers to increase order rate.
  • Conducting outreach via phone and email
  • Assess customer needs.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Promote current products on VA Contract. Educate customers on the company’s current and upcoming product lines and technologies to provide better overall solution and increase order rate.
  • Address customer questions and overcoming objections.
  • Monitor On-Boarding report to identify new customers for the on-boarding process.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
  • Utilize available sales reporting tools to monitor territory strengths, opportunities, challenges, and threats.
  • Work cooperatively with TSM and CSR on sales process to grow territory.
  • Travel to events such as National Seminars and Regional Seminars as required.
  • Some topical presentation as needed.
  • Stay current on product knowledge, including features and functions.

College degree or equivalent

Preferred Education (if necessary):

AuD /Hearing Aid Dispenser’s license
