As an Inside Sales Farmer for Mid accounts, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships through retention, cross-sell, and upsell activities. You will engage potential new customers via outbound touchpoints, drive the full sales cycle from awareness to close, prepare proposals, manage your sales funnel, and achieve monthly targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Your next challenge
Managing existing customer portfolio (retention, cross-sell & upsell)
Touchpoints with potential customers (#outbound calls/day-month – sales campaigns)
Establish relationship with the potential new customer
Drive the entire sales cycle from ‘awareness’ stage until ‘decision’ stage (close sale)
Prepare and send proposal and closely follow-up
Sales funnel management
Achieve monthly sales target (#new customers, #business volume, #revenue)
Conversion (rate) of sales & marketing generated leads & campaigns
Comply with all company related policies, procedures and legal requirement
You’re a match
Essential
You have a bachelor degree
Minimum 2 to 3 years sales experience in internal commercial function
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (NL-FR)
Strong commercial mindset
