Summary:
The Business Development Executive-Inside Sales is responsible to take the ownership of the Small and Medium Enterprises in Korea to grow the businesses individually. The main responsibilities are also including documentation and maintenance of customer files and databases from sales activities; preparation of sales quotation/tenders contract documents; ensuring seamless delivery of contractual obligations; and preparation of monthly sales reports.
Responsibilities:
Grow named accounts businesses by securing and developing the new volumes.
Responsible for qualifying & generating business leads from internal & external sources adding to the company’s business pipelines & opportunities.
Accountable for conducting market research in industries/sectors that are of interest to World Courier within & out of existing business portfolio for continued business growth.
Support sales and marketing campaigns.
Prepare quotations/tenders on new accounts.
Generate new customer accounts and update contact database in the sales system.
Maintain updated contact database of targeted clients or prospects on campaigns recruitment, workshop invitations and e-marketing.
Lead and support the lapsed account campaign to revive lapsed accounts.
Implement customer reward program such as First Time Shipper etc., to demonstrate customer appreciation and promote trading.
Prepare monthly reports such as Customer Performance for sales team to review service performance for customers.
Drive new account base growth in the timely manner for Korea.
Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Education:
Bachelor degree in related majors.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Selling experience will be a preference.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
Team player with good interpersonal & communicative skills.
Proactive by nature and be highly focused under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details and accuracy.
Positive attitude, responsible with can-do attitude.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
