WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The role will be to work closely with the End Customer Key Account Managers to build and develop long-term relationships with large end customers, particularly dormant accounts with limited recent engagement. You will proactively identify and drive new business opportunities within security, safety, and Digital Transformation until the account reaches a level where a dedicated Key Account Manager takes over.
In addition, you will collaborate with the Key Account Managers for Global Partners to support Axis’ growth ambitions across six major accounts. This includes providing administrative support and assisting with field-based sales development where appropriate.
Education is a cornerstone of the Axis ethos, and the successful candidate will be required to create awareness and education across individuals and business units, identified by the Key Account Manager Global Partner. The Inside Sales Account Manager will also support the global partners in a variety of activities, for example, partner meetings, site surveys, seminars, trainings, webinars and events.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively seek out and reestablish contact with dormant large end user customers to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities
Setting clear objectives for meetings with key contacts, conducted internally, externally, and digitally.
Delivery on KPIs outlined in our strategic objectives.
Meet deadlines for monthly reporting.
Be proactive with phone and Teams calls with End Customers to maintain strong relationships, drive engagement, and ensure clear communication across accounts.
Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, and other promotional sales activities as required
Support and/or host customers visits to Axis Experience Center with, and on behalf of End Customer/Global Partner KAMs.
Maintain customer records and update activity in Salesforce
Work closely together with our global partners; to develop the project pipeline and close projects.

We’d love to hear that you have/are:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the security/IT sector
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop trustworthy customer relationships
A passion for sales and a track record for success in your career to date.
Discipline to work alone but the openness to work positively in a team.
Are honest, have integrity and respect for others.
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
