Detailed Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the procurement process for indirect goods and services, including RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations
• Manage systems to ensure accurate supplier and pricing information is available to ensure support indirect goods and services continuity
• Procure goods and services for Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance Department, Technical Service Department and HR Department
• Develop sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management
• Manage procurement budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage the implementation of indirect procurement strategies and plans
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Collaborate with Global procurement teams to share best practices and leverage procurement expertise
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop procurement plans to meet those needs
• Monitor delivery schedule and due date PO to ensure goods arrive on time
• Update with latest technology and market intelligent to make sure goods and services meet with the latest technology and efficient
• Create, champion, and execute sourcing strategies which allow for sustainable and transformation value maximizing top and bottom-line growth
• Provide supplier market expertise to the business for the portfolio including routine forecasting of short and long term price trends and availability
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers ensuring the most optimal terms and conditions while never compromising service or quality
• Establish trust and build effective business relationships with vendors for short and long term partnership
• Interface with senior leadership including business unit presidents, brand teams, and regional category leaders
