Position Overview Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will provide technical support to end users, ensuring that all raised issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including but not limited to device management, peripherals, printers & workstations. • Provide technical support and training to end-users. • Perform regular system updates, backups and health checks. • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems. • Document technical issues and ensure the ITSM standards are followed. • Ensure processes of support are aligned to firm data standard policies.
