Job Description & Summary:
A career within the Integration & Automation App Support Manager role involves working with development teams to build custom integrations, web applications, and mobile applications. You will support both front-end and back-end components and implement automation solutions for integration and deployment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and environments.
- Support developers and testers in resolving build, deployment, and environment configuration issues.
- Manage source control repositories and branching strategies.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD process issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize automation processes.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based services for scalability.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions.
- Develop automation scripts and tools.
- Provide support for existing applications and troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices
Mandatory skill sets:
- Proven experience in DevOps with a focus on integration and automation.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Terraform, GitLab, or other repositories.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Preferred skill sets:
- Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Certification in AWS, Azure, or other relevant technologies
