· About the Role

· We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions that leverage the full capabilities of Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. This role requires transforming business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions, from data-driven insights and process automation to intelligent, AI-powered interactions.

*Responsibilities:

· Solution Design & Development: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.

· Business Process Automation: Create and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline operations, integrating various Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party SaaS platforms via APIs and custom connectors.

· Conversational AI & AI Agent Development: Build, test, and deploy AI-powered Copilot agents using Copilot Studio to handle a range of interactions and tasks, leveraging natural language processing, generative AI, and Power Platform connectors.

· Data Analysis & Visualization: Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports for performance tracking and insights, transforming raw data into meaningful and visually appealing information.

· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders across various functions to gather requirements, identify automation and AI use cases, and translate them into functional, low-code/no-code solutions.

· Integration & Data Management: Ensure seamless data integration across different systems using Power Platform connectors and Dataverse, applying data modeling principles and SQL querying skills as needed.

· Governance & Compliance: Implement and adhere to governance frameworks, security protocols (e.g., Row-Level Security in Power BI, DLP policies), and best practices for the development, deployment, and management of all Power Platform solutions.

· Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions to maintain high performance and reliability. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption.

· Required Skills

· Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform components (Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).

· Technical Proficiency:

· Proficiency in Power BI development, including report/dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX calculations, and Power Query.

· Solid experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows, desktop flows, and integrating with external APIs.

· Experience building and deploying Copilot agents in Copilot Studio, including working with topics, entities, variables, and generative AI features.

· Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and data warehousing concepts.

· Knowledge of programming languages like Python, C#, or JavaScript is a plus for advanced custom connectors and integrations.

· Soft Skills:

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business requirements.
