Responsibilities:
1. Lead configuration and support of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR and Security. 2. Design role-based access controls and maintain security policies ensuring compliance. 3. Manage role provisioning, segregation of duties, and governance audits. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements in HCM workflows. 5. Support compliance with data privacy regulations within Workday environments. 6. Develop operational guides and training materials for security processes. 7. Troubleshoot access and security issues promptly to minimize risk. 8. Facilitate audits and role reviews, ensuring adherence to corporate standards. 9. Participate in system upgrades impacting security configurations. Monitor security health and propose enhancements based on risk assessments
