Job Description & Summary:  

We are looking for a dedicated Workday Security Functional Expert to join our team, who will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday Security module. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and efficiency of Workday functionalities through excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and optimize Workday Security configuration, tenant setup, and business processes.
  • Configure security roles, security groups, document visibility, IP Whitelisting, SSO setup, and proxy policies.
  • Manage security keys, and control access to reports, data visibility, and Workday features.
  • Conduct mass uploads using EIBs, track user activity, and handle mass operations management tasks, including data purging and migrating configurations between tenants.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate security capabilities.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex security-related issues in Workday, recommending and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Workday systems aligning with industry standards.

Mandatory skill sets: 

  • Experience with Workday Security configuration and management.
  • Good understanding of core ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.) and information security and data protection standards
  • Experience in customer support using ticketing systems; knowledge of SLAs and support KPIs
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Completed Workday training and earned PRO/Partner Certification in the area of expertise.

Preferred skill sets: 

  • Demonstrate an understanding of business operations within a large multinational organization, including factors such as time zone variations, cultural diversity, and collaboration among team members across multiple locations
  • Comfortable working independently or as a part of a team
