The Role: Implementations Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Implementations Manager to join our Customer Success team. You’ll be the trusted guide for new customers as they onboard with Knak, ensuring a smooth, high-impact start to their journey. Acting as a strategic advisor and technical expert, you’ll lead implementation from end to end—driving success and delight at every step.

This role is key to ensuring our clients not only get up and running quickly, but are also set up to get long-term value from our platform.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead new clients through Knak’s implementation and onboarding process

  • Offer expert advice and best practices to help customers get the most from our platform

  • Develop deep product knowledge, including integrations, to confidently answer technical questions

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Support, and Leadership

  • Keep implementation projects on time, on budget, and on point

  • Support adoption and champion client engagement through proactive, thoughtful communication

  • Track key success metrics like Time to Value, Customer Satisfaction, Net Revenue Retention, and Feature Adoption


What You Should Bring

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or a similar client-facing role

  • Solid project management skills; experience managing complex timelines and deliverables

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Comfort with leading group training sessions or adult learning environments

  • A client-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once


Nice to Haves

  • Experience with SaaS tools, email and landing page platforms, or marketing operations

  • Familiarity with tools like Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Eloqua

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification

  • A passion for using AI to drive efficiency and innovation
