Job Summary

    The Specialist II, Technical Client Implementation, provides support with implementation activities and manages processes, documentation, and workflows to support program designs and delivery. This role will identify needs driving future orders, the timing of orders, and fill rates from the incoming phone, email, technology, and some face-to-face internal interaction with assigned contacts.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver implementation processes and procedures clearly and consistently.
    • Resolve issues by collecting, researching, and analyzing information.
    • Maintain communication with the implementation team to deliver on client expectations.
    • Customize individual client setup and delivery in technology platforms.
    • Support the implementation team with creating reports, presentations, design study materials, program manuals and training materials, and any other documents required to support Managed Services Programs.
    • Analyzes reports before their release for accuracy and research questionable data for options and solutions
    • Help improve efficiencies and workflow through webinars, conference calls, and 1:1 meetings.
    • Partner with internal customers and team members; Recruitment, Quality and Clinical Services, and Shared Services teams, daily via proprietary AMN technology, phone, MS Teams, and email.

    • Demonstrate good time management and multi-tasking skills
    • Consistently demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to meet timelines
    • Expertise in MS Excel, Word and Copilot
    • General knowledge and demonstrated use of Python™ and Structured Query Language (SQL)

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 6-9 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Experience with healthcare and/or staffing operations, project coordinating or equivalent

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $61,500 - $73,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
