ORGANIZATION SUMMARY

Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, community strengthening and resilience, and refugee & immigrant services and advocacy.


This position is contingent upon the successful acquisition of additional funding and may be subject to modification or termination based on the availability of resources.

POSITION SUMMARY:
World Relief serves immigrants in Sacramento with immigration legal services and is a Department of Justice-recognized immigration legal services provider. The Education & Outreach Coordinator will lead boost community engagement, education, and marketing efforts to increase awareness of World Relief’s immigration legal services—particularly adjustment of status services—for Afghan individuals and families. This position plays a key role in building strong relationships with Afghan communities, community-based organizations, and service providers, with the ultimate goal of increasing the number of clients served. This position also requires strong oral and written communication skills. 

This is a temporary position for up to 90 days.
