IAM Operation Analysts implement and continuously optimize Identity and Access Management services in line with evolving technologies and security regulations. They are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM technologies to ensure audit and privacy compliance, driving automation wherever possible.
What you’ll do
- Interface with Equifax users as a first point of contact for incidents, issues and requests. Work with users to address their concerns, follow run books for issue resolution and guide users on self-service functionality.
- Manage the development and maintenance of system configurations and process design documentation, knowledge base articles, system maintenance and troubleshooting guides, operating procedures, and application integration documentation related to various IAM product suites (Sailpoint, CyberArk, Crypto, Saviynt etc.).
- Analyzes and resolves complex issues with authentication and authorization in various platforms, services, and applications, providing increasing supporting value to the business stakeholders by acting as the technical knowledge resource for IAM platforms, services, and applications and at the same time proactively identify future needs and improvements for Identity Access Management (IAM) services.
- Provide reports, participate in and gather evidence for audit requests, and work cross-functionally with Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and other Security Specialists to assist in the development and implementation of Information Security procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Continuously learn new technologies and develop/train to strengthen skills in supporting existing and emerging technologies
What experience you need
- Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related IT discipline or equivalent job experience
- 1+ years of experience in User Account Management, Access Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, Role-Based Access Control (solid understanding of user entitlement/access reviews, end to end provisioning processes and user lifecycle management)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Cryptography Services (Keyfactor, Sectigo), GCP KMS, Sailpoint (or other IGA products), Ping, Okta (or other SSO products) and/or IDP cloud solutions (Saviynt)
- 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow, GSuite, and Google sites
- Good Oral and Written English communication skills (BELT B2+ or higher)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with scripting technologies
What could set you apart
- Security and/or IAM certification (Sec+, Network+, Cloud Fundamentals, Windows Azure, etc).
- Experience with technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Administration, scripting, and Windows configuration techniques.
- Experience collaborating with IT compliance assessments (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, NIST)
