The IAM Product team unifies IAM delivery, support, architecture, and design under a single global vision and strategy. It focuses on enhancing and supporting Fidelity's internal IAM technology products and bespoke integrations, providing critical IAM services to FIL's business operations.
About your role
The IAM Product team brings together delivery, support, architecture, and design into a single product team with a single global vision and strategy. The team looks after enhancing and supporting Fidelity internal IAM technology products and bespoke integrations. This cover maintaining and building new connectors/integrations, delivering new IAM capabilities via automation, engineering, testing & configuring new components. The team operates across multiple geographic locations (India, Ireland, Germany, Asia Pacific) and ensures the product is secure, stable, and available with minimum disruption to business.
The successful candidate will be part of the IAM Product team in the capacity of IGA mainly involved in enabling automation for migration of live IAM services from a legacy IGA to SailPoint IdentityNow.
Key responsibilities
Implement automation to expedite migration deliverables from Microfocus technologies to SailPoint IdentityNow.
Design, develop, and deploy bespoke capabilities to minimise manual workload.
Draft and review technical design documents.
Automate integration and testing processes utilising APIs.
Assist in the development of the current Onboarding Factory solution in AWS using NodeJS and AWS Lambda.
Collaborate with the vendor and various stakeholders.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent formal education or experience.
Over four years of development experience with Node.js and AngularJS.
Solid understanding of AWS cloud deployments, including Lambda and Fargate, among others.
Familiarity with IGA products, particularly SailPoint IdentityNow, is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of cryptography (TLS, PKI).
Strong comprehension of cloud environments (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS).
Comprehensive understanding of various technologies and their interoperability, including Unix, Linux, Windows, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Strong inclination to take responsibility and lead by example.
Ability to leverage experience to question and challenge current or proposed solutions.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Organised with keen attention to detail and a natural ability to prioritise tasks and objectives.
Analytical skills with the ability to quickly absorb new information.
Understanding of emerging technologies and related security threats.
Able to effectively communicate impact, root cause, and solutions in both technical and business discussions.
Experience collaborating with teams across different geographical locations.
Extensive experience with integration, migration, and communication challenges among applications, databases, and technology platforms.
Ability to research, recommend, and take responsibility for alternative problem resolution actions, involving appropriate internal or external experts when necessary.
