ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform maintenance and repairs to all mechanical equipment and systems.
• Conduct building tours, maintain equipment loss, and report deficiencies for corrective action.
• Respond to all HVAC trouble calls and troubleshoot the systems to meet the operational and comfort
needs of the building(s) occupants, where applicable.
• Be proficient ¡n the functionality of the BMS/EMS and understand the sequences required for proper
building, equipment and system operations.
• Work with engineers, contractors and consultants in evaluating the proper operation of the building
systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the facilities preventive maintenance
program. .
• Perform other related duties as assigned, assisting other tradesmen, and emergency repairs.
• Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule.
• Completes work in accordance with C&W Services Business Systems Standard Operating Procedures
and work instructions.
• Create and maintain all operational SOPs for site specific equipment and systems.\
• Ability to work in a team or with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
