What You Will Do

Perform a variety of basic repair, installation, and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Camera Systems
  • Card Access Systems
  • Metasys (Building Automation)
  • Code Blue Phones
  • Other related building system products at customer sites

How You Will Do It

  • Execute tasks on time and within allocated hours
  • Work with the site manager to resolve discrepancies and coordinate solutions for system issues
  • Manage multiple issues simultaneously
  • Read and interpret software systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals
  • Provide excellent customer service by consistently communicating with the site manager and customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Complete project documentation promptly and submit to the site manager
  • Adhere to all OSHA safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Look For

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any licenses required by national, state, and local codes
  • Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50–70 lbs
  • Able to work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high-lift equipment up to 40 feet, and working within ducts, crawl spaces, and above ceilings
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and work well with team members
  • Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn quickly
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Preferred:

  • Computer knowledge
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Experience with hand tools, test equipment, multi-meter usage, digital analyzers, and commissioning devices

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23-$27(Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
