As a Human Resources Manager, you will be at the forefront of supporting the success of our San Antonio Site business. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Operations, Finance, our global HR team, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to provide seamless, high-quality HR support to our teammates and managers. You’re in-person engagement will be key to enhancing the employee experience!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Floor Advocates in deploying a site HR service delivery model, including supporting, advising, and educating managers and employees on HR issues

  • Maintain alignment with business unit HR Partners on San Antonio site HR processes and policies

  • Lead a small matrixed team of HR professionals, guiding performance, development and engagement

  • Serve as a trusted business partner and providing real time HR solutions aligned with business goals

  • Deliver real-time HR engagement and solutions to Boeing teammates

  • Foster a culture where employee experience is at the heart of HR service delivery

  • Support the execution of key HR processes, including performance support, employee movement, and leadership coaching

  • Collaborate with HR COEs to provide insights for designing impactful HR programs in areas like labor relations, talent management, and compensation

  • Utilize HR metrics and people data to identify trends and drive effective solutions

  • Craft innovative solutions to complex challenges while adhering to established policies

  • Lead the transformation of HR through culture of care  

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role (including people leadership or team mentoring responsibilities)

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 5+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Human Resources certification

  • Experience in complex, regulated environments such as manufacturing or aerospace

  • Experience influencing and building trust and partnership across all levels

  • Experience in HR systems such as Workday

  • Experience with employee benefits and compensation

  • Proficiency in using analytics and data to guide decision-making

  • Experience utilizing strong communication skills with a dynamic presentation approach

Summary pay range: $116,450 - $157,550
