Job Description Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Business Partner team, ensuring effective and timely execution of HR processes. This role supports a variety of HR functions, including ADA accommodations, leave management, reporting, compliance tracking, workers' compensation coordination, employee data management, and first-level HR support.Job Description:
Facilitate the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) interactive process in coordination with the Benefits team and people managers.
Follow up on team member inquiries related to ADA, ensuring clarity and support.
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare and manage various HR reports including:
Late termination reports
MBR (Monthly Business Review) reports
Work-from-home reports
Ad-hoc reports requested by leadership or HR Directors.
Ensure data accuracy and timely distribution of reports.
Manager & Compliance Coordination
Coordinate follow-up tasks with people managers such as:
Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) compliance
Handbook acknowledgements and other compliance-related actions.
Workers’ Compensation
Partner with the Risk team to track active Workers’ Compensation claims.
Distribute monthly Workers’ Comp updates to HR Directors.
Recruitment & Eligibility
Review and confirm eligibility for open roles (internal and former team members) based on company policies.
Documentation & Auditing
Create and provide employment verification letters as needed.
Conduct audits of employee records to ensure:
Required certifications are on file per job profile.
Organizational structures in Workday are accurate and clean.
HR Systems & Data Integrity
Manage and ensure accurate data entry in Workday.
Respond to first-level HR questions submitted via Workday’s HR Help platform.
Presentations & Projects
Assist in developing internal HR presentations and materials for leadership meetings or team updates.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:
Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
