As an HRIS Analyst on our People Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we use data, systems, and analytics to support our employees and drive smarter decision-making across the organization. You’ll manage and enhance our HR systems reporting, build meaningful dashboards and reports, and help translate data into stories that drive strategy and action.

Responsibilities: 

  • People Data & Reporting
    • Analyze and present data for key People initiatives, including Compensation, Benefits, HR Metrics.
    • Design and maintain HR dashboards and reports aligned to business needs, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
    • Translate data insights into compelling visualizations and stories for non-technical audiences.
  • HR Systems & Integration
    • Manage and enhance HRIS functionality, including system configuration, workflows, and automation.
    • Design and support system integrations (inbound/outbound) with HR system partners, collaborating with internal IT and vendor teams, as needed.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data or system issues to ensure integrity and reliability across platforms.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Support integrity of compensation data - utilizing analysis, market benchmarking, and pay band reviews to ensure alignment with compensation philosophy and data.
    • Continuously refresh and enhance People analytics decks and visualizations for executive and team reporting.
    • Prepare the monthly People Update presentation for senior leadership.
    • Support audits, investigations, and compliance reviews, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
    • Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other teams to deliver consistent and timely analytics support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a Quantitative Field (Data Analytics, Statistics)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience; specific experience working in HR systems; preferably Paylocity
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, compensation analysis, and people metrics
  • Strong proficiency using Google Sheets and Slides (or Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to analyze data and to tell a story with data to non-technical audiences
  • A positive customer service focus for our stakeholders
  • Ability to present analytically to stakeholders and cross functionally
  • Partner on facilitating performance management tools for mid and end of year nuances
  • Knowledge of Compensation Databases (ideally CompAnalyst - Salary.com)
  • Knowledge of Data Visualization Tools, preferably Tableau or PowerBi

Compensation: In addition to salary, Total Rewards include bonus eligibility, a stock option package, and benefits as outlined below. The role described above offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 + corporate bonus eligibility. Your offer will be based on location, the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job and internal equity
