Be a strategic partner to business leaders, partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders and business colleagues to deliver an HR Strategy & people management service that align with the Unilever’s needs and priorities. This position reports directly to HRBP Manager - Foods THCL & VN
Main responsibilities:
• Partner with Gateway Leadership Team to translate strategic priorities into actional people plans.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning tailored to factory operations, including resourcing for value and change management.
• Utilize and integrate the people development process and tools to provide and develop diverse talent pipeline to meet the short-,medium-,and long-term needs of business.
• Support execution of key change programs within the factory and contribute to factory transformation initiatives.
• Champion the embedding of the new Winning Culture and future ways of working across site teams.
• Coordinate talent forums, succession planning and career development for responsible teams.
• Support key audit activities in the factory, ensuring HR compliance and readiness across all relevant areas.
• Workforce planning and management: Supports Business leaders in organizational analytics and people cost management, including manage budgets and implement absence cost control and reduction measures.
Talent management and Talent development
• Support company talent processes by educating managers to generate objective and fair decisions.
• Advise on reward and performance management tools to ensure managers understand how to use them to enhance performance, attract, engage, and retain employee.
• Manage talent mobility to achieve business objectives while providing employee with opportunities to develop their skills and advance their career.
• Guide and support business leaders in the fundamentals of learning needs and skill gap analysis and provide guidance on the range of learning interventions available.
Culture and Engagement
• Drive a high-performing culture and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the business to create a high-performance culture by supporting the implementation of team and organization design solution.
• Bring HR insights (including employee and industrial relations) to establish a highly engagement working environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally across multiple HR functions (e.g., talent acquisition, L&D, compensation).
Having HR experience in manufacturing sites is preferable
Prior experience in consulting with senior leaders or working in a matrixed organization is highly valued.
Exposure to organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Data-driven decision-making: Ability to analyze HR metrics and inform strategy.
Communication & influence: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of labor laws: Familiarity with local, regional, and international employment regulations.
