HR Systems Product Analyst – Workday Benefits

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an HR Workday Product Analyst, Benefits (Business Execution Consultant) to join the Benefits Product Team within the HR Transformation & Products organization. This role plays a key part in advancing Wells Fargo’s HR transformation by delivering integrated technology solutions and enhancing the employee experience through process and system improvements. The analyst will ensure alignment with HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and communicate business processes and requirements effectively

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and solve complex business challenges

  • Administer and configure Workday, including business processes, security, notifications, auditing, and data quality

  • Drive system enhancements and manage testing efforts (UAT, regression, etc.)

  • Operate in an Agile environment using tools like JIRA to manage work

  • Break down epics and features into actionable user stories

  • Engage with user groups to assess needs and recommend improvements

  • Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

  • Contribute to long-term, scalable solutions that consider market trends, regulatory impact, and risk

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a product or business analyst in HR systems (preferably Workday)

  • Experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM/Benefits or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with benefits processes in the financial industry

  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder discussions

  • Proven ability to translate business and technical needs into user stories

  • Agile methodology experience and understanding

  • Strong presentation and communication skills across all levels of management

  • Experience managing complex technology projects

  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

  • Knowledge of HR business processes and cross-functional collaboration

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
