As the People Solutions HR Specialist, you will be a member of a central HR team that provides HR support for ~16,000 employees across the US and Canada. In addition to general support, you will also provide specialized support for Workday and Time and Attendance issues.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and employee records and tracking of required documentation via our HRIS Tool – Workday
  • Execute core HR processes and employee documentation, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employment status
  • Provide support of Workday reporting, audits, and security access
  • Perform data quality review on employee data in Workday, manage the list of errors, discover data gaps and partner with HR to correct data when applicable
  • Transactional processing of Purchase Orders, invoicing for 3rd party vendors, employee one-time payments and reimbursements.
  • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment and care
  • Support special projects requiring a high level of detail and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations
  • Demonstrated experience transacting in Workday
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, teamplayer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Strong system and data flow knowledge. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes
