HR Representative - Fixed Term (in Warsaw)
Job Description
First point of contact for employees, handling employee personnel documentation, preparing data and reports, entering data into HR and payroll systems.
Your responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all general employment-related queries.
- Prepare documents such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and any other changes during employment.
- Collaborate with our internal Payroll Team to ensure a smooth payroll process.
- Update our HR database (Workday, Enova, or Płatnik) with changes to personal and employment data.
- Have ownership for onboarding and off-boarding our employees, ensuring our employees get the best experience during their time with us.
- Support other business requests and HR projects as necessary.
Our requirements
- Very good level of English (at least B2), as well as native in Polish.
- Initial experience working in HR or in a comparable role.
- Knowledge of Polish labour law will be a great advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail.
