In this newly created role, you will manage the delivery of HR Operations for Vanguard Europe. You will a high performing team ensuring all HR Operational services are provided efficiently. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and ensuring compliance across the Europe HR function.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear performance standards and providing coaching and training
Own the HR & TA operational agenda striving for BAU Excellence. Monitor team capacity and performance to meet demands
Develop and analyse key metrics to identify process improvements and enhance service delivery
Manage escalations and complex HR operational requests, ensuring timely resolution.
Promote HR self-service tools and support complex transactions
Communicate process changes and updates across HR and business leaders
Identify trends and recommend improvements to HR operational processes
Participate in special projects and other duties as required
Qualifications
Experienced HR Operations leader with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership and coaching skills able to articulate previous success in growing and developing a high performing team
Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders
Disciplined executor, able to maintain focus on the initiatives that will yield the greatest impact
