HR Operations Junior Specialist

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

What you’ll do

  • Manage HR processes and support other countries within EMEA region
  • Respond to internal HR queries
  • Prepare and file HR documentation
  • Identify areas for process improvements; provides country-specific subject matter expertise and solutions.
  • Support Global Programs, audits, new systems implementation
  • Act as backup for key global processes supported from Wroclaw
  • Focus on knowledge retention, deliver trainings, review materials and procedures, organize recurrent refreshers

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Another European language is advantageous ( French, German, Italian or Spanish)
  • Typically, 1 year of experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team

What we’d prefer you bring: 

  • Previous experience in HR
  • Workday and Salesforce knowledge or other workforce management and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions.
  • Fluent Polish
  • Open minded and solution focused attitude
  • Ability to work under the stress with good attention to detail
