Your Role

As HR Officer Benelux, you are the cornerstone of our HR administration for our network of service stations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You ensure flawless processing of employee data and payroll information, and act as the link between our HRM system Workday and the payroll system SD Worx. You support employees, station managers, and HR Business Partners with various HR-related questions and contribute to consistent HR administration across the Benelux.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the time registration system Timegrip and guide station managers in its use.

  • Keep employee records up to date in Workday.

  • Transfer, validate, and check master data from Workday to SD Worx People and eBlox Payroll (e.g., onboarding, contract changes, leave, transfers, and offboarding).

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with SD Worx.

  • Handle administrative follow-up of insurances (hospitalization, group, and occupational accident).

  • Manage fringe benefits (company cars, mobile phones, computers, Flex Income Plan).

  • Perform various calculations for bonuses and other salary components.

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and station managers.

  • Support onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding processes.

  • Monitor legal obligations and labor legislation in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

  • Report KPIs, HR data, and statistics to the HR team and management.

  • Transfer payroll data to the accounting system JDE.

  • Contribute to process improvements within HR administration and data quality.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent.

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in an international/multi-site environment.

  • Solid knowledge of payroll and HR processes; experience with Workday and SD Worx is a strong plus.

  • Proficient in Excel and other Office tools.

  • Good knowledge of Belgian labor law; basic knowledge of Dutch and Luxembourg labor law is a plus.

  • Accurate, organized, and service-oriented.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

  • Willing to occasionally visit locations in the Benelux.
